Halil Ersin Avcı, PhD., born on May 21, 1977, in Ezine, Turkey, is a respected historian and academic known for his profound expertise in the Gallipoli Campaigns and Turkish-British relations. He completed his undergraduate studies in History at Ege University in 1999, followed by a master’s degree and a PhD. at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University and Istanbul University, respectively. His doctoral research focused on the Armenian factor in Turkish-British relations, showcasing his depth in international historical dynamics.
